It does not apply to third-party websites, advertisements, app stores, platforms, payment providers, operating systems, social platforms, or other services that we do not own or control. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and platform terms.

App-specific policies

Zap Cannon: Fruit Match

The current Google Play version of Zap Cannon: Fruit Match has its own complete, standalone Privacy Policy describing the Game's integrated SDKs, AdMob rewarded advertising, and data practices. That policy applies independently to Zap Cannon: Fruit Match and does not incorporate this general policy.

Information we may process

The information we process may vary depending on the specific game, platform, device, country or region, app version, features, and third-party services used. We and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, browser type, language, country or region, IP address, network information, time zone, diagnostic data, crash logs, device identifiers, platform identifiers, and advertising identifiers.
• Gameplay and app activity information, such as game progress, level completion, session duration, in-game actions, feature usage, rewarded ad views, ad interaction events, virtual item usage, achievements, leaderboard activity where available, and anti-fraud or anti-cheat signals.

Most of our casual games can be used without creating a direct Speedy Sense Games account. Some platform features, such as cloud save, leaderboards, achievements, customer support, purchases, or platform login, may require limited account-related information.

We do not directly collect or store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment card information through our games. Payments are generally processed by app stores, platform operators, or payment service providers.

Not all providers are used in every game. The actual providers used may vary by game, platform, country, region, version, and release stage. For games distributed through the Apple App Store, we provide App Privacy details in App Store Connect based on the data collected by us and by third-party partners integrated into the game.

For games distributed through TikTok Minis or similar mini-game platforms, platform-specific user data, login data, payment data, analytics data, and technical data may be processed according to the relevant platform rules and this Privacy Policy. For HTML5 and web games, cookies, local storage, browser identifiers, IP addresses, analytics tools, and advertising technologies may be used to operate, secure, analyze, and monetize the game.
