Zap Cannon: Fruit Match
Privacy Policy · Last updated: 19 July 2026
About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd ("Speedy Sense Games", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Zap Cannon: Fruit Match (the "Game") on Android through Google Play. Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd is the developer and publisher of the Game and is registered in England and Wales under company number 17286282.
This is the complete and standalone Privacy Policy for the Game. You do not need to read a separate general policy to understand the Game's data practices. This policy does not apply to other Speedy Sense Games titles, our website, Google Play, advertisements, or third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
The Game does not offer user accounts or sign-in. Information you choose to send us in a support or privacy request is handled as described below.
Information collected
The Game and its integrated service providers may collect:
- Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network and app state, and similar technical information.
- Approximate location: country, region, or other general location inferred from an IP address. The Game does not request precise GPS location.
- App activity and ad interactions: sessions, gameplay and feature interactions, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and whether a rewarded ad was completed so that the Game can grant the associated in-game reward.
- Diagnostics: diagnostic signals and technical error information that integrated SDKs may use to operate their services, maintain security, and identify technical problems.
- Other app performance data: app launches, launch time, app or device state, and similar performance signals used for analytics, attribution, service reliability, and fraud prevention.
- Device and other identifiers: Android Advertising ID where available and permitted, App Set ID, Firebase Installation ID, app-instance ID, AppsFlyer ID, and other identifiers associated with the device or app installation.
- Communications: your email address and any information you voluntarily include if you contact us for support or submit a privacy request.
The Game does not ask you to provide a name, phone number, contacts, photos, videos, audio files, payment card details, or precise location. Google Play and advertisers may separately process information under their own policies when you use their services or interact with an ad.
Google Play Data safety summary
Google Play uses standardized data categories and definitions. Consistent with the Game's current Google Play Data safety disclosure:
- Approximate location, app activity, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers are disclosed as collected and shared for analytics, advertising or marketing, and fraud prevention, security, or compliance.
- Other app performance data is disclosed as collected, but not shared as a separate Google Play data category, and is used for analytics and fraud prevention, security, or compliance.
In Google Play's terminology, “shared” means that data may be transferred to a third party, such as an advertising or measurement partner. It does not mean that we sell the data for money. Information you voluntarily send by email is processed to respond to your support or privacy request and is separate from the Game's routine SDK collection described above.
How information is used
- To operate, maintain, secure, and support the Game.
- To record gameplay events and operate Game features.
- To display, measure, and report advertising, including rewarded ads.
- To confirm rewarded-ad completion and grant the relevant in-game reward.
- To understand installs, acquisition sources, engagement, and retention.
- To understand and improve technical performance.
- To detect fraud, abuse, invalid ad activity, and security incidents.
- To answer support, privacy, and legal requests.
- To comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and enforceable requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the Game and requested rewards, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the Game, with consent where required for advertising or related device access, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Advertising and rewarded ads
The Game uses Google AdMob to provide advertising-supported gameplay, including rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is optional: if you choose to watch one and the advertising service reports that the required viewing or interaction was completed, the Game grants the described in-game reward. The reward has no cash value. Availability and successful completion can depend on Google, advertisers, network connectivity, and fraud-prevention checks.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, user interactions with the Game and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. AdMob and participating advertising partners may use this information to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, measure performance, prevent invalid activity, and, where permitted, personalize ads.
Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on your location, consent or privacy choices, device settings, age-related treatment, and the ad request configuration. Non-personalized ads are not based on past behavior, but may still use contextual information such as the Game's content and approximate location, as well as limited data for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Service providers and data sharing
We disclose information to the following providers for these purposes:
- Google AdMob and advertising partners provide and measure ads, verify rewarded-ad completion, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud and invalid activity.
- Google Analytics for Firebase measures sessions, gameplay, feature interactions, engagement, and retention.
- AppsFlyer measures installs, acquisition sources, campaign attribution, sessions, and selected in-app events, and assists with fraud prevention and advertising measurement.
Depending on the provider and purpose, disclosed information may include approximate location, app activity or ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers. Other app performance data is collected for analytics and security-related purposes but is not marked as shared as a separate category in the Game's current Google Play Data safety disclosure.
These providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live and according to their own terms and privacy policies. To learn more, review Google's Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, Firebase Privacy and Security, Google's advertising technology providers, and the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the Game, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising or transfers to advertising partners as a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged; the choices below may apply in those jurisdictions.
Your advertising and privacy choices
- Use any consent or privacy options shown in the Game to manage available advertising choices for your region.
- Use Android's privacy or ads settings to reset or delete your Advertising ID and manage available ad-personalization controls.
- Use controls provided directly within an advertisement, such as Google's ad information or ad-choice controls, where available.
- You can choose not to start a rewarded ad. Doing so means you will not receive the reward offered for completing that ad, but does not otherwise prevent you from using the Game.
Limiting personalization does not necessarily stop all ads or all data processing. Information may still be used to deliver contextual or limited ads, measure aggregate performance, maintain security, and prevent fraud.
Retention and deletion
We and our providers retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operation, analytics, attribution, advertising, app improvement, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type, purpose, and provider. Information may then be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated in accordance with applicable law and provider processes.
Because the Game has no account system, we may not be able to link stored service-provider data directly to you. You may still request deletion of data associated with your Game installation or support communications by following our Data Deletion instructions or emailing privacy@speedysensegames.com. We may need the Game name, platform, and an available installation or device identifier to locate relevant data. You may also need to use Google's or another provider's privacy controls for data they control.
Security and international transfers
Information transmitted by the integrated SDKs is encrypted in transit. We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United Kingdom, and Google, AppsFlyer, advertisers, and their service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, international transfers are made using recognized legal safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in a manner that requires parental consent without obtaining that consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise a right, email us using the contact details below. We may need to verify your request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game's features, SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
