Scope and policy relationship

This app-specific Privacy Policy describes how Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd ("Speedy Sense Games", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in the current Android version of Zap Cannon: Fruit Match distributed through Google Play.

This policy supplements our General Privacy Policy. If this app-specific policy differs from any general statement in the General Privacy Policy, this app-specific policy controls for the current Google Play version of Zap Cannon: Fruit Match.

The app does not allow users to create an account or sign in. Data practices may change if the app's features, SDKs, platform, or release configuration changes. We will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure when required.

Data collected

The app and its integrated service providers may collect:

• Approximate location: country or general location derived from information such as an IP address. The app does not collect precise GPS location. Approximate location is used for analytics, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and advertising or marketing measurement.
• App information and performance data: crash logs, diagnostics, app and device state, app version, operating system, device model, and other performance information. This data is used for analytics, crash investigation, and stability improvement.
• App activity: app interactions, sessions, gameplay events, feature interactions, and other in-app actions selected for measurement. This data is used for analytics and product improvement.
• Device or other identifiers: identifiers associated with an installation or device, which may include a Firebase Installation ID, app-instance ID, Crashlytics installation UUID, AppsFlyer ID, Android Advertising ID, or App Set ID where available and permitted. These identifiers are used for analytics, attribution, advertising or marketing measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Under the current Google Play Data safety disclosure, these data categories are required for the app's configured services, are not processed only ephemerally, and are encrypted in transit.

The SDK integrations described in this policy do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio files, payment details, or purchase history. Information you voluntarily send to us in a support or privacy request is processed separately for that request.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics for Firebase measures app sessions, gameplay and feature interactions, engagement, retention, and other app usage events.
• Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports, diagnostics, device and app information, and related installation identifiers so that we can investigate crashes and improve stability.
• Firebase Remote Config uses app, device, language, country, time-zone, and installation information to deliver and manage configuration values without requiring a store update.
• AppsFlyer measures app installs, acquisition sources, campaign attribution, sessions, and selected in-app events, and assists with fraud prevention and advertising measurement.

Google and AppsFlyer receive data only to provide the contracted services described above. Their processing may occur outside your country of residence and is also governed by applicable contractual, privacy, and security terms. How data is used

• To understand gameplay, app usage, engagement, and retention.
• To diagnose crashes, technical problems, and performance issues.
• To deliver and manage app configuration values and features.
• To measure installs, attribution, advertising, and campaign performance.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and invalid activity.
• To maintain, improve, secure, and support the app.
• To comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.

Data sharing

Under the current Google Play Data safety disclosure, the data categories listed above are collected but are not shared with third parties for their own independent purposes. Data is transferred to Google Firebase and AppsFlyer only so they can provide the contracted services described in this policy.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users and the app, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including analytics, attribution, app improvement, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated in accordance with applicable law and provider processes.

Zap Cannon: Fruit Match does not provide an account system. You may still request deletion of data associated with your app installation or support communications. Follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page or contact privacy@speedysensegames.com. We may need information such as the game name, platform, and an available installation or device identifier to locate relevant data.

Security and international processing

Data sent from the app is encrypted in transit. We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including locations where Google, AppsFlyer, or their service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

Children

The app is not specifically directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.
