Privacy Policy

Effective: 3 October 2026

Real BTC rewards are subject to the in-game rules and withdrawal requirements when available. Hash rate is a game statistic; your phone does not mine cryptocurrency.

Who is responsible

Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd ("Speedy Sense Games", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17286282, is responsible for personal information processed for Bitcoin Miner: Dragon Hoard (the "Game") and its player support. Contact privacy@speedysensegames.com for privacy questions or requests.

This standalone policy covers the Game and support services that link here. App stores and other services you use separately have their own privacy policies. This policy does not describe other Speedy Sense Games titles.

Game data and information you provide

  • Game state: squad slots, recruited heroes, equipment upgrades, potion effects, Gold, Diamonds, sats and BTC balances, hash rate, quests, check-ins, chest rewards, VIP progress, settings, and event activity are processed to run the Game. Game state stored only on your device is not information received by us merely because it exists there.
  • Support and test feedback: when you contact us, we receive your email address, messages, and any player identifier, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic information you choose to supply. Please avoid including unrelated personal information.
  • Connected service information: if your game session connects to our services, technical request information may include an IP address, app or browser version, device and operating system details, timestamps, and error information needed to deliver and troubleshoot that connection. Any player or session identifier supplied with a request can be used to associate it with the relevant session.

When reward or withdrawal features are available, we may process the player identifier, payout destination you provide, requested amount, transaction reference, eligibility checks, and processing status to fulfill and verify your request and prevent abuse. The information required will depend on the withdrawal method shown in the Game. Never send us a wallet private key, recovery phrase, or full payment-card number.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information needed to provide requested game, reward-processing, and support functions on the basis of performing our agreement with you. Our legitimate interests in investigating faults, evaluating test feedback, protecting the service, and preventing abuse support processing that is necessary and proportionate for those purposes. We also process information to meet legal obligations. Where a feature requires consent, we seek that consent before the relevant processing; you can withdraw it without affecting processing already lawfully performed.

Providing feedback is voluntary. Without sufficient information about an issue or a privacy request, we may be unable to diagnose it or locate the relevant records.

Advertising, permissions, and future features

The Game is coming soon. Real BTC rewards are part of the announced product; feature availability and withdrawal requirements follow the in-game rules. Earlier test builds used simulated purchases and advertisements. Their presence in test screenshots does not establish that live purchases or advertising are available.

Before a release introduces live advertising, additional analytics, account sign-in, real purchases, or reward processing that changes how personal information is handled, we will update this policy with the applicable data, providers, purposes, and choices, and obtain consent where required. You can manage permissions that your device or distribution platform provides through its settings.

Recipients

Information you send to support, and information needed to operate a connected service, may be handled by email, hosting, technical support, security, or reward-processing providers acting for us. Access is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate contractual protections. We may also disclose information to meet binding legal requirements, address fraud or threats, defend legal claims, or support a business transfer with applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. App stores independently handle information you give them for distribution or testing under their own policies.

Retention and security

Local game state remains subject to your device's storage, backup, and removal controls. For information received by us, retention depends on the time needed to resolve support cases, investigate issues, process and verify rewards, protect against abuse, and meet applicable legal or dispute-handling requirements. Once those purposes no longer require identifiable information, we delete or anonymize it. No fixed retention period is promised for all data categories.

We use reasonable access controls and technical and organizational safeguards for information we handle. No system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

We are based in the United Kingdom. Where service providers process personal information abroad, applicable transfer requirements must be met, for example through an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact our privacy address to request information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights and deletion

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information, and withdraw consent where used.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Contact us to exercise this right.

Follow our data deletion instructions or email our privacy address with the Game name, platform, and any available player identifier. Do not send passwords or wallet secrets. We may need proportionate verification and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Deleting local app data may remove local progress; it does not by itself delete emails or records held by us or an independent platform.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.

Younger players

Players must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the distribution platform and obtain parent or guardian involvement where required by law. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Updates and contact

We will revise this page and its effective date when relevant practices change and provide additional notice where required. Privacy: privacy@speedysensegames.com. Player support: support@speedysensegames.com.
