User Agreement

Real BTC rewards are subject to the in-game rules and withdrawal requirements when available. Hash rate is a game statistic; your phone does not mine cryptocurrency.

Your agreement with us

This agreement covers your use of Bitcoin Miner: Dragon Hoard (the "Game"), provided by Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd, company number 17286282, registered in England and Wales. By using the Game, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, stop using the Game. A parent or guardian must be involved where the law requires it, and players must satisfy the distribution platform's eligibility rules.

The Game and availability

The Game is a simulation / idle game with a fantasy setting. Heroes automatically strike a dragon and collect Gold; players recruit a squad, improve equipment, combine timed potions, and progress through quests and events. The Game is coming soon. Access, when available, may depend on your region, eligibility, compatible device, platform, and network.

Test features, balance, availability, and progress may change or reset. We do not promise that test progress, items, rankings, or balances will carry into a later version. Scheduled events are available only when opened in the Game.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment while you comply with this agreement. The software, artwork, characters, audio, branding, and other content belong to us or our licensors. No ownership of that content is transferred to you. Statutory rights and exceptions remain unaffected.

Game currencies, hash rate, and Bitcoin rewards

Heroes, equipment, potions, Gold, Diamonds, and other game content are licensed game features. They have no cash value except where an available reward feature expressly permits redemption under its rules. The Game includes real BTC rewards, subject to the in-game eligibility and withdrawal requirements. A displayed balance alone does not guarantee a payout. Hash rate represents game progression; the Game does not use your phone to mine cryptocurrency.

When available, BTC withdrawals follow the rules shown in the Game, including applicable thresholds, timing, fees, verification, and regional restrictions. No specific amount or processing time is promised by this agreement. Invalid or fraudulent requests may be reviewed or rejected in accordance with those rules and applicable law. The Game is for entertainment and does not provide investment advice or guarantee earnings.

Purchases, advertisements, and future releases

Earlier test builds used simulated purchases and advertisements. If a release enables real purchases or advertising, the applicable prices, terms, privacy disclosures, and platform rules will be provided before use. Refund rights under applicable law and platform rules remain unaffected. Simulated test balances do not automatically become redeemable rewards.

Fair play and access security

• Do not manipulate progress, clocks, rankings, transactions, or rewards through unauthorized tools or exploitation.
• Do not interfere with services, access another player's data, distribute malware, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the Game to harass, defraud, infringe rights, or break the law.
• Do not sell access or commercially redistribute game content without permission.

Report bugs to support. Do not share any access credentials or test invitations that are intended for you personally. These rules do not restrict activities or rights that applicable law protects.

Events and random rewards

Quests, chests, check-ins, VIP benefits, and Dragon Tournament features follow the rules displayed for the relevant version. Random outcomes do not guarantee a particular item. Only features whose rules expressly offer redeemable rewards create eligibility for those rewards. Test-only rankings and simulated balances do not promise real cryptocurrency. We may correct results affected by faults or abuse.

Privacy and support

The Game Privacy Policy explains personal information handling and your choices. Contact support@speedysensegames.com for help and use our data deletion instructions for privacy requests.

Suspension and ending access

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a breach of this agreement, or when the service or a test ends. Where required by law, we will provide notice and available ways to challenge a decision. You may stop using and uninstall the Game at any time.

Availability and responsibility

An internal test may contain errors, interruptions, lost progress, and unfinished features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of test data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen or business losses from personal entertainment use.

Nothing in this agreement limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes, law, and disputes

We may update this agreement to reflect changes to the Game or legal requirements, with an updated effective date and any required notice. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the Game.

The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement, without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes; this agreement does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in your local courts.
