Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile games, mini-games, HTML5 games, applications, content, features, and related services operated by Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd ("Speedy Sense Games", "we", "us", or "our").

Some games, platforms, promotions, events, purchases, or features may have additional terms. If additional terms apply, they become part of your agreement with us for the relevant game, platform, promotion, event, purchase, or feature.

Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules when using our games or services. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our games or services only with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian.

By using our games or services, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so and that your use does not violate applicable laws, platform rules, or these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing a minor to use our games or services, you are responsible for that minor's use.

Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our games and services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our games, software, content, systems, or services except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate access to our games or services if we believe that you have violated these Terms, platform rules, or applicable laws.

Accounts and login

Some games may allow or require login through a platform account, social account, guest account, or game account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account if you fail to protect your login credentials, platform account, or device. We may suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts used for cheating, fraud, abuse, payment abuse, illegal activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Virtual items and game content

Our games may include virtual coins, virtual currency, skins, boosters, characters, items, rewards, levels, passes, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, or services outside the applicable game unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You do not own Virtual Items. You receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the applicable game, subject to these Terms and platform rules. We may modify, balance, remove, reset, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items, rewards, levels, events, features, or content at any time for game balance, technical, business, legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons.

Purchases and payments

Some games may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid content, or other paid features. Payments are generally processed by the platform where you access the game, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, TikTok, or another payment provider.

Your purchase is subject to the payment terms, refund rules, tax rules, and policies of the relevant platform or payment provider. Prices, availability, taxes, currency, payment methods, and renewal rules may vary by platform, country, and region.

Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe there is an issue with a purchase, please contact the relevant platform or payment provider first. You may also contact us at support@speedysensegames.com with your game name, user ID, order ID, platform, and purchase details.

Advertising and rewarded ads

Our games may be supported by advertising, including banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, playable ads, and other ad formats. Rewarded ads may allow you to receive in-game rewards after completing the required ad interaction.

Rewards may depend on technical confirmation from advertising partners, platform systems, network availability, and fraud prevention checks. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, advertised products, third-party websites, or actions taken by advertisers or advertising networks. We may change ad availability, reward amounts, reward frequency, ad formats, or ad placements at any time.

Game progress and availability

Game progress, rewards, leaderboards, events, levels, and features may depend on your device, internet connection, platform account, app version, country or region, server availability, and technical systems. We do not guarantee that game progress, rewards, items, or data will always be available, error-free, or recoverable.

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, reset, or remove any game, feature, event, leaderboard, reward, Virtual Item, or content at any time, including where needed for technical, business, security, anti-fraud, legal, platform, or game-balance reasons.

Fair play and anti-cheat

You agree not to cheat, exploit, abuse, manipulate, or interfere with the normal operation of our games. Prohibited conduct includes using hacks, bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools; manipulating purchases, rewards, ads, leaderboards, or game economy; abusing bugs, glitches, refunds, chargebacks, or platform systems; creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards or promotions; or interfering with servers, APIs, data, or security systems.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing rewards, resetting progress, limiting access, suspending accounts, banning users, or reporting activity to platforms, payment providers, advertisers, or authorities where appropriate.

User content

Some games or services may allow you to submit, upload, display, or transmit content, such as names, avatars, messages, feedback, screenshots, files, or support communications ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content.

You must not submit User Content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process that content for operating, improving, supporting, promoting, and protecting our games and services.

We may remove, restrict, or preserve User Content at our discretion, including where needed for moderation, safety, support, legal, platform, or security reasons.

Intellectual property

All games, software, graphics, characters, names, logos, artwork, music, sound effects, designs, gameplay systems, interfaces, text, content, and related materials are owned by Speedy Sense Games, our licensors, or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in these Terms. You may not remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in our games or services.

Third-party platforms and services

Our games may be distributed through or integrated with third-party platforms and services, including Google Play, Apple App Store, TikTok Minis, web platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution providers, payment processors, and social platforms.

Your use of those third-party platforms and services is subject to their own terms, policies, and rules. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, advertisements, content, policies, actions, or failures. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms for a platform-specific matter, the platform terms may control for that matter to the extent required by the platform or applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of our games and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.

Updates and service changes

We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue our games or services at any time. Updates may be required to continue using certain features or accessing certain services.

We may change game balance, rewards, items, levels, events, advertising systems, monetization features, technical requirements, supported devices, or supported platforms at any time.

Service availability

We aim to provide stable and enjoyable games, but we do not guarantee that our games or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, platform restrictions, device compatibility, technical issues, legal requirements, business decisions, or events beyond our control.

Termination

You may stop using our games or services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any game or service if we believe that you violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules; your activity may harm users, us, platforms, advertisers, or third parties; your account is involved in fraud, cheating, abuse, payment abuse, or security risks; or we discontinue the game or service.

Upon termination, your license to use the relevant game or service ends immediately. You may lose access to game progress, Virtual Items, rewards, purchases, or account data, except where applicable law or platform rules provide otherwise.

Disclaimers

Our games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that our games will meet your expectations, that rewards or progress will always be preserved, or that the services will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or warranties that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of Virtual Items, service interruption, device issues, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our games or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant game or service during the six months before the claim arose, or GBP 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speedy Sense Interactive Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of our games or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or platform rules, your User Content, or your infringement or violation of another person's or entity's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Where required by applicable law, you may have rights to bring claims in your local courts or under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through our website, in-game notice, app store listing, platform notice, or other appropriate means.

The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of our games or services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
